Le nouveau bouquin de Seth Godin s’intitule The Dip. Cette fois, il s’intéresse aux mécanismes qui motivent (devraient motiver) les gens à changer de job. Voici l’intro. C’est en anglais mais vous êtes tous des grands maintenant.
